The role of a Spanish Bilingual Administrative and Outreach Coordinator is available for remote work, providing an opportunity to support lead generation, outreach, data management, and digital campaigns. This fast-paced position suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments with strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry & Management: Input and update data in spreadsheets and CRM tools, validate datasets, and maintain organized records.
- Lead Generation & Scraping: Research qualified leads, use scraping tools to build lead databases, and organize leads for outreach.
- Outreach & Welcome Calls: Send personalized messages, schedule and conduct Zoom calls, introduce the company, and gather feedback. Must be personable and professional.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize emails and documents, and assist with operational tasks.
- Ad Campaign Support: Support campaign launch, tracking, reporting, and ensure data accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track lead statuses, log outreach insights, and prepare weekly reports.
- 4+ years in virtual assistance, lead generation, or administrative roles
- Proficiency with scraping tools and online research
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Zoom and video calls
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, CRM platforms
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT
- High school diploma required; additional education a plus
- Professional, discreet, customer-focused demeanor
