
Lead Generation Specialist

About The Position
The successful candidate will collaborate with Partnerships Managers to drive high-quality prospecting efforts and streamline account operations, ensuring seamless execution and meeting key objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and validate high-quality leads for key accounts, maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Utilize our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to conduct prospecting efforts, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain database integrity, ensuring up-to-date records and preventing duplicates, thereby enhancing data quality.
- Prepare outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates, tailored to specific audience needs.
- Closely collaborate with Partnerships Managers to drive successful strategies, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales and prospecting, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead validation and database maintenance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
- Ability to work EST or PT hours, accommodating diverse scheduling needs.
