What is the job?

The
Lead Generation Specialist
is responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support the company's sales pipeline. The role involves using AI tools and online resources to research companies and decision-makers, verify contact details, and organize data into spreadsheets and CRM systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, skilled in internet research, and capable of working independently to provide accurate and high-quality lead data.

Job Description

  • Use AI tools and databases (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clay) to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling team to prioritize and refine lead targets
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance (GDPR/Can-SPAM)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry role, lead generation
  • Has background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
  • Experienced in utilizing tools such as G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
