We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and setting qualified appointments with potential clients. If you enjoy connecting with people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Maintain and update CRM records (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
  • Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Background in customer service or appointment setting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
