About the Position

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, combined with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach others.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve shared goals
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
