Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Automation Manager to lead our retention marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns that drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies and automation targeting campaigns to enhance client experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and cost-effective projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage a small team of direct reports, including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  3. Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  4. Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  5. Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing teams, particularly remote teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
