As a retention marketing specialist, you will lead the strategy and automation for our clients, while managing client relationships and guiding junior team members. You will collaborate with account managers, copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop and optimise strategies that deliver top results.

You will be responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns based on client needs and customer insights. This will involve monitoring, measuring, and optimising campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Proficiency in executing email and SMS campaigns is also required. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). They should also have 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.

A strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution and excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines are essential skills for this role.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards).
