Our client are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Growth & Marketing Automation Manager to lead the company's growth initiatives across all digital channels. This role will own the execution of growth strategies, manage key websites and online communities and drive user and revenue growth through data-driven marketing.

Working closely with executive leadership, this position will manage a combination of external & inhouse applications which create a unique approach to growth, engagement and community optimization.

Someone with a corporate acumen who can play an integral part in a leadership team via their growth expertise, innovative mind and character.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic growth, B2B sales and marketing, Email & marketing automation, lead generation & sales funnel optimization — while also being comfortable with technical tools like WordPress, CRM systems, HTML/CSS, Email automation tools & AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & B2B Marketing

• Develop, implement, and own growth strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to reach decision-makers and industry leaders.

• Identify and leverage opportunities to expand brand reach, drive leads, and increase engagement.

Social Media & LinkedIn Growth

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

• Develop engagement strategies to increase followers, interactions, and inbound leads.

• Monitor analytics to optimize content and campaign performance.

Subscriber / User Growth

• Drive growth in subscribers, users, and engaged community members across platforms.

• Implement retention strategies to increase lifetime value.

Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management

• Build and optimize sales funnels to convert leads into paying customers.

• Design lead generation campaigns, integrating multiple touchpoints including LinkedIn, email, and landing pages.

• Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion processes.

Email Automation & CRM Management

• Design and execute automated email marketing workflows for segmented audiences.

• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate segmentation and personalization of outreach.

• Maintain and optimize list segmentation for targeted campaigns.

Web & Technical Management

• Oversee WordPress website management, updates, and performance optimization.

• Manage internal and external webpage links to improve SEO and user navigation.

• Apply HTML/CSS for minor site edits and technical adjustments.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance marketing, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Campaign & Data Optimization

• Use ActiveCampaign (or similar tools) for automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct A/B testing across email, landing pages, and ads to maximize ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years' experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or similar role.

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and LinkedIn growth.

• Strong skills in email automation, list segmentation, and CRM management.

• Proficiency with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and ActiveCampaign (or similar).

• Experience building and managing sales funnels from lead capture to conversion.

• Familiarity with AI tools and how to integrate them into marketing workflows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.

Preferred:

• Experience in community management and subscriber growth strategies.

• Background in SaaS, MarTech, HR tech or B2B service industries.
