This is a fixed-term contract with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. The Marketing Automation Executive will join the CRG Customer Relationships marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign flows to guide readers through the customer journey.
- Ensure campaign setup and processes align with platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs.
- Provide technical support for campaign issues.
- Contribute to best practices and team knowledge sharing.
- Create closed-loop marketing reports to analyze campaign and channel performance.
- Plan, execute, and measure quarterly A/B tests to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
- Build, test, and monitor email campaigns across major clients and devices.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports and identify optimization opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation, including nurture, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
