Job Overview

This role is part of the Marketing and Sales team, focusing on retention strategies that drive customer growth. The team's aim is to deliver delightful customer experiences from lead generation through to checkout and reactivation.

Key responsibilities include executing email campaigns with precision, managing multiple tasks and timelines efficiently, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign delivery. You will also contribute to hitting global email forecasts for key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous executor with strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be analytical and adaptable, with an ability to connect the dots between different initiatives.
