Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives.
This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement.
The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Care: Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with luxury service standards.
- Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding luxury standards.
- Reply to social media, e.g. Google reviews.
- Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position within a related industry.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
