Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and professional customer service liaison to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple channels.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Preferably experienced with customer service tools and software.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
