Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative involves delivering exceptional customer support and resolving routine problems related to client products or services.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure that service standards meet contractual performance benchmarks
- Gather customer requirements, confirm understanding, and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with the customer
- Receive customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner according to established procedures
- Maintain fundamental knowledge of client products and/or services
- Precisely record and document work accurately, including noting accounts as required
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Track, record, and retrieve information in call tracking systems
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to relevant documents, secondary sources, or senior staff members
