Quality Assurance Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining process manuals for the entire organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in data collection and quality assurance. They must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will also be detail-oriented, able to think strategically, and handle responsibility in a fast-paced environment. They will work autonomously and have a professional demeanor and attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other relevant staff.
  • Review client, customer, and user feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Remain current with local and global laws and regulations affecting personnel, employment practices, overall operations, laws or trends, and recommend new or revised policies and procedures as deemed appropriate.
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years Operations leadership experience required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.
  • Professional demeanour and attitude.
  • Strong intuitive and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work autonomously.
