About the role

We are seeking a talented Operations Lead (Cloud Ops - AWS/Azure) to join the team at YONDU INC. In this full-time, Hybrid role in BGC, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cloud operations professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of cloud-based solutions and services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day cloud operations activities, including monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting
  2. Coordinate and manage the deployment of new cloud infrastructure and applications
  3. Implement and maintain robust cloud security protocols and compliance measures
  4. Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs through continuous monitoring and optimization
  5. Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations specialists, fostering their professional development
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of cloud solutions
  7. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of cloud operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud operations, with a strong focus on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
  2. Proven track record of leading and managing a team of cloud operations professionals
  3. Excellent technical expertise in cloud architecture, deployment, and management
  4. Proficient in scripting and automation tools to streamline cloud operations
  5. Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
  6. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  8. Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends
