Process Excellence Professional

The Process Excellence Professional is accountable for driving operational efficiency and best-in-class performance across the organization. This role will lead the development and implementation of process enhancements, tools, and automation to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document current pain points in business processes and operations
  • Lead business process optimization and reengineering to improve productivity
  • Develop and implement improvement programs to solve various pain points and gaps in business processes and operations
Tools & Automations Lead Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tools ecosystem being used in operations, both internally and externally managed
  • Develop tools that drive efficiencies in operations
  • Ensure tools are up-to-date, configured correctly, and integrated into operations
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Deliverables:
  • Regular review of process handling and continuous process improvement to support strategic objectives
  • Gatekeeper of process documents, including process maps, PPMs, and work instructions
  • Apply Six Sigma methodology in process improvement and design to address blockers to best-in-class servicing
