Job Title

This role is responsible for overseeing the enablement functions of Training, Quality, and Process Excellence across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead the global strategic management of these enabling functions, driving performance and people management, training, and quality frameworks.

  • Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Initiate projects, standardization, manage resource capacity, and planning.
  • Closely work with stakeholders and operation leaders to drive multiple methodologies and provide global insights into clear action.
  • Develop a community to share best practices across functions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of Training, Quality Assurance, and Process Excellence + Innovation.
  2. Onboard and transition new functions into the shared services mode.
  3. Deliver client presentations, business development, and presales support for continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Pivotal role in developing and deploying governance models for Lean Six Sigma process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence, excellent command of Lean/Six Sigma methodology, and good analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder or equivalent in any field.
  • 6+ years minimum relevant experience on process excellence.
  • Exposure to automation/RPA tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is highly preferred.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified or Six Sigma Blackbelt Trained/Tested is highly preferred.
