Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering a team of Photo Editors to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of tasks, driving key performance indicators, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. They should have a track record of running performance improvement plans, proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team, demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.
  • Design and implement performance improvement plans for team members who require such assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination across departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.
  • Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A track record of running performance improvement plans.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
