Job Title: Senior Sales Transformation Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of our sales leadership team, the Senior Sales Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of the sales organization. This role involves overseeing the transformation of the sales organization, using process optimization, tools, technologies, and talent management practices to ensure alignment with evolving business goals, market conditions, and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior leaders, and developing high-impact projects to drive measurable improvements. They will work closely with stakeholders to foster buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and practices across the sales organization.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing sales strategies, leveraging external best practices, optimizing sales processes, integrating technology and tools, training and developing sales teams, managing change and adoption, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transformation initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management and transformation roles, ideally in a global or regional setting.
  • Ability to own complex, strategic partnerships with industry-leading organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the norm and bring new ideas to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking, coupled with hands-on tactical work to drive results.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 40% travel may be required throughout the region.
