As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving store sales achievement and growth. You will be responsible for setting up gondolas and merchandise displays to create an engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the store's daily operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tidying and stocking shelves.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees while monitoring and appraising their job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain the store's stability and reputation.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, merchandising skills are essential.
