Job Overview

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving store sales achievement and growth. You will be responsible for setting up gondolas and merchandise displays to create an engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the store's daily operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tidying and stocking shelves.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees while monitoring and appraising their job responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain the store's stability and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, merchandising skills are essential.
