We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our Institutional Services Division at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of Field Office projects related to real estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track capital budget expenditure related to field office projects
  • Monitor program progress and prepare project reports
  • Analyze information to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively
  • Ensure accuracy of project budgets and schedules, performing version control as necessary
  • Manage project risk registers to minimize their impact on scope and budget

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, law, economics, finance, or related fields
  • At least 8 years' experience in project management, financial analysis, and budget management, with a strong background in real estate management
  • International experience working in developing countries, particularly in Asia
  • Familiarity with project controls, project management concepts, practices, and general policies
  • Leadership and managerial skills, with experience in supervising teams and coordinating activities

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
