**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.

**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Email and Calendar Management: Manage email and calendar scheduling for management and investors, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
  • Data Entry and Organization: Organize files, contracts, and client documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Client and Lead Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email or chat, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Property Listing Management: Create and update property listings on MLS and other platforms, write and edit property descriptions, and upload and manage property photos and virtual tours.
  • Market Research and Comparative Analysis: Conduct research on property values and neighborhood comparisons, prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports, and stay updated on local real estate market trends.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and create social media content, engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor analytics to track engagement.
  • Email Marketing and Campaigns: Design and send email newsletters, property updates, and promotions to client lists, monitoring open and click-through rates and adjusting content based on performance.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in real estate investment companies is required.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, management, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like MLS, CRM platforms, Zillow, Redfin, and property management software is essential.
  • Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, and property listing websites is necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Confidentiality: Able to handle sensitive information properly to maintain confidentiality.
