Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning and Analysis professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts and analyses to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Preparing monthly, annual, and long-term balance sheet and profit/loss forecasts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the difference between actual and budgeted performance on a monthly basis.
  • Creating management reports, including regional and Board of Directors materials.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Simulating financial forecasts and assessing their impact on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms or local banks with a focus on business planning and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations relevant to the banking industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Experience working with advanced financial modeling tools and techniques.
