Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and encode data accurately and efficiently for inventory planning and control.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate data gathering, encoding, and preparation of reports needed for inventory planning and control
  • Regular POS Terminal Inventory monitoring and forecasting of requirements for reordering
  • Timely and accurate inventory and issuing of POS terminals and their respective accessories/peripherals to Service Providers and other requestors
  • Ensuring compliance to established inventory monitoring and forecasting guidelines, procedures, and standards
  • Preparing forecasts and ordering of POS terminals and peripherals based on Merchant Acquiring projections and obtaining proper approvals
  • Ensuring replenishments of POS-related items to Service Providers based on identified requirements
  • Accounting for all POS terminals and peripherals delivered by respective suppliers and securing them in designated storage areas within BDO premises
  • Validating required documents and obtaining proper approvals for issuing POS-related items to Service Providers in order to support the processing of installation and service requests
  • Monitoring and updating POS terminal inventory statistics regularly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any four-year course in Business or Finance
  • At least 3 years related experience in MIS Analytics
  • Background in procurement and inventory management
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas
