Financial Planning Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Director to lead our financial planning and analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and models to drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role

The Financial Planning Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial planning and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior leadership role, and possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Led a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analyses, trend reports, and dashboards.
  • Evaluate and implement financial planning tools and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and forecasting.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data reliability.
Requirements
  • MBA or Master's degree in finance or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, with significant experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of financial professionals.
