We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
