As a key member of our operations team, the Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth coordination of client projects and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless communication between the Business Development and Operations Teams
  • Assist with project tracking, account openings, and ongoing client coordination
  • Attend client briefings to ensure clear project requirements are communicated
  • Schedule and document internal coordination meetings
  • Monitor production details for quality and timely execution
  • Coordinate timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Prepare billing for completed projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
