Job Opportunity

As a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incidents and requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Perform and document daily ticket follow-ups with end-users within the respective ticketing system.
  • Resolve username and password problems.
  • Provide multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN support.
  • Offer software and application support.
  • Provide remote hardware support for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, docking stations, printers, and accessories.
  • Support general how-to inquiries.
Requirements:
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is required.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory is necessary.
  • At least one year of experience working with Mac OS is required.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is required.
  • Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control is necessary.
  • Experience in remotely troubleshooting Windows hardware and software break/fix issues is required.
  • Two to three years of progressive experience in a technical support role with an MSP or call center IT support environment is necessary.
  • Technical proficiency with common hardware, software, and technologies: Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, WiFi, etc.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, Okta, networking, and server concepts is necessary.
  • Understanding of call center metrics and KPIs is necessary.
  • A college or technology school degree is preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
