
Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor.
Main Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls
- Rout callers to relevant departments or team members based on their needs
- Provide information about services and processes when applicable
- Maintain accurate call records and messages
- FOLLOW established protocols and update internal directories as needed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to stay informed about priorities and workflows
- Represent the organization with a friendly and helpful attitude in all interactions
- At least three years of experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles
- Prior experience supporting North American or EMEA clients in an executive assistance role is considered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant phone manner
- Ability to quickly understand company structure and team functions
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
- A reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment
