**Job Summary**
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate support to our clients.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in real-time, ensuring clear and helpful responses.
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices with support from CRO experts.
- Ensure seamless communication across channels to meet customer expectations.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech.
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of CRO best practices.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive and customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business.
