
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. This may involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, resetting passwords, and performing other tasks as needed.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Reset passwords and perform other tasks as needed
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve their issues
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- 1+ year Mac OS experience
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
