    • Collaborate on initiatives promoting inclusivity and belonging
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases
    • Assist with timekeeping and benefits coordination
    • Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly
  • Performance & Development Support:
    • Help coordinate feedback cycles and growth conversations
    • Track training participation and support learning initiatives
  • Teammate Relations & Support:
    • Be a friendly point of contact for teammate concerns or questions
    • Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings with empathy and fairness
