
Territory Owner

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Owner to join our team. This role offers autonomy, growth potential, and the chance to work closely with leading healthcare providers in the specialized surgical solutions sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing their territory through 100% field-based orthopedic sales. They will build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors, driving revenue, market share, and timely collections. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a willingness to travel extensively within and outside the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow territory sales and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, and distributors
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives
- Lead product presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business and expand existing customer base
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in hip and knee joint replacement/reconstruction
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic sales and hospital procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the assigned territory
