
Sales Operations Team Leader

You'll lead a small but mighty Sales Ops team, streamline our systems, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive data-backed decisions and revenue growth.
Your Role: Sales Operations Team Lead- Lead and mentor the Sales Ops team; set KPIs and operational cadence
- Own the CRM (data hygiene, automations, lead routing, reporting)
- Build dashboards and track key metrics
- Standardize sales processes: lead qualification, handoffs, pricing workflows
- Run quarterly planning: territory, quotas, capacity
- Spot bottlenecks and propose improvements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps / BizOps
- Excel/Sheets power user; CRM systems expert
- Strong analytics (SQL is a bonus)
- Clear communicator, confident presenting to leadership
- Process-oriented and proactive in adoption
- Owner mindset (bias for action + accountability)
- Collaborative, people-first leadership style
- Strategic thinker who's not afraid to get hands-on
- Adaptable to change and fast-moving environments
