Job Description- Drive Field Force Effectiveness through strategic planning, territory segmentation, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate market and sales data into actionable insights and coaching plans.
- Champion the use of CRM tools like Touchpoint, Azure, Power BI, and DMS, ensuring optimal adoption and impact.
- Lead field coaching initiatives and partner with HR & technical teams to deliver training that develops both soft and technical skills.
- Ensure seamless target setting, sales incentive execution, and field strategy alignment across teams.
- Serve as the key liaison between global, regional, and local stakeholders to continuously evolve the organization's commercial capabilities.
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Insights roles, preferably in Animal Health, Pharma, or Healthcare.
- Strong background in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and ability to influence across functions.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP.
- Strategic leadership role with direct impact on commercial effectiveness and field force performance.
