Position: Sales

Reporting To: National Sales Manager/ Country Manager

Purpose Of This Document

This document outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for Sales, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business, and managing existing accounts for Elogio Asia's portfolio of medical aesthetic devices or injectables. The role involves direct engagement with clinics and KOLs, ensuring product adoption, satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  1. Sales Planning & Territory Management

  2. Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  3. Segment and prioritize accounts, maintaining regular contact with high-potential customers.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and key decision-makers.

  7. Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, demonstrations, and sales discussions.
  8. Provide ongoing account management to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

  9. Product Demonstrations & Trials

  10. Conduct in-clinic product demonstrations and evaluations for both devices and injectables.

  11. Coordinate with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of trials and follow-up support.
  12. Highlight product benefits, treatment protocols, and ROI to customers.

  13. Sales Conversion & Closing

  14. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract details within company guidelines.

  15. Work with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for orders.
  16. Follow up on leads and quotations to secure conversions.

  17. Cross-functional Collaboration

  18. Work with the marketing team to execute clinic promotions, campaigns, and events.

  19. Collaborate with the clinical team to provide training and post-sales support.
  20. Coordinate with operations for stock availability and delivery scheduling.

  21. Compliance & Reporting

  22. Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant medical device and pharmaceutical regulations.

  23. Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, quotations, and closed deals.
  24. Provide regular sales reports to the National Sales Manager or Country Manager.

Performance Evaluation

Performance will be reviewed twice a year (mid-year and year-end) based on revenue achievement, new account acquisition, customer retention, demo-to-sale conversion rate, collaboration with internal teams, and compliance with company policies.
