HEQS Group is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales support and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a professional who can develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present our products and services to potential clients.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Business Development Representative will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive results and maximize ROI.
  • Additionally, this role will involve managing databases and other tools to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in using technology to stay organized and manage time efficiently is essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, as is at least one year of experience in a sales support or marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including campaign development and execution, is necessary for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Prior experience working in a BPO company or international organization is preferred, but not required.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Hubstaff, to track time and productivity is also required.

Work Schedule:

Mondays - Fridays, 6:30am - 4:00pm Philippine Time (inclusive of 30mins break)
