About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent communication skills. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the loan consultant team in various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the loan consultant team in handling day-to-day concerns and queries related to loan operations
  • Collaborating with marketing assistants and branch managers to review documents and requirements submitted by loan consultants
  • Enhancing sales engagement among assigned loan consultants to drive new and renewal account deliveries
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants
  • Escalating concerns, complaints, and other issues to immediate supervisors for prompt action and resolution
  • Supporting trade marketing department programs

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in banking and finance or a relevant field
  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Process-oriented and technology-inclined individual with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to liaison with all departments and stakeholders
  • Willingsness to undergo training at our Ortigas Pasig office for two weeks (all expenses covered)
