The Customer Success Team focuses on delivering exceptional value to our most strategic clients. The Senior Customer Success Manager will have a portfolio of key accounts and serve as an on-demand advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from deployment and adoption through renewal, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing customer outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a high-profile position that requires a strong track record in customer success, account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with large-scale accounts and be able to communicate effectively with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer
- Establish strong relationships within the customer organization to understand and address client needs and concerns
- Partner with customers to develop joint plans for success, maintaining a detailed understanding of their business goals and objectives
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences to support brand reputation and facilitate cross-selling and upselling of services and products
- Monitor customer analytics and KPIs to reinforce the value of the customer solution and identify areas for improvement
- 3+ years' experience in customer success roles, additional experience in sales or business development is an asset
- Experience dealing with large-scale accounts and complex customer issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements and develop strategic account plans
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients
