Enterprise Customer Success Management is a vital role in ensuring long-term relationships with key business partners.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, and Support, to develop engagement plans and manage customer portfolios. This involves identifying growth opportunities, conducting regular customer and business reviews, and advocating for customers internally to influence product roadmaps and processes.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive experience related to IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Your excellent presentation skills will help navigate complex software discussions, while your ability to improve internal processes and deliver projects on time are essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers and introduce them to relevant products and services.
  • Coordinate complex projects involving developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to create customized engagement plans.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and identify opportunities for growth and renewal.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Advocate for customers within the organization to drive strategic decisions and product development.
  • Provide reactive support to customers through various channels.
  • Design campaigns targeting specific customer segments via digital touchpoints.
