Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, and live chat
- Manage daily client interactions, escalating complex issues to senior teams as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting cross-selling opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury services or retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with intermediate to advanced levels of data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
