A Client Services Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing teams of virtual assistants to ensure their performance aligns with client expectations and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving for teams of clients and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with clients to create task lists that enhance productivity and profitability.
- Support clients in growing their businesses using our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between clients and virtual assistants.
- Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth opportunities, identify patterns, handle situations, and negotiate on behalf of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in management or remote management, familiar with operational processes.
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral).
- Ability to perform under pressure and work collaboratively with high-level professionals.
- Self-motivated, focused, organized, and growth-oriented individual.
- Previous training and development experience is a plus.
- Capacity to think creatively and develop solutions when necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Open to working flexible schedules.
