Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Business Development Associate to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

The role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth. The specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple outreach campaigns using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
  • Track and analyze outreach efforts using spreadsheets.
  • Develop and implement optimized email templates for effective communication.
  • Analyze performance data to suggest improvements and refine processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
  • A collaborative attitude, working seamlessly with the Creative Director and Sales team.
  • Ability to adapt to repetitive tasks with efficiency and focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
  • Background in conducting online research and organizing data.
  • Experience creating reports to present outreach and conversion metrics.

  • Expertise using CRMs and project management tools.
  • Prior background in a creative environment with knowledge of design processes.
  • Track record of coordinating with international clients or teams across time zones.
