We are seeking a visionary Business Development leader to spearhead the expansion of our global Business Development team.
Main Responsibilities:- Optimize and execute strategic plans to drive Enterprise Account Executives' new business pipeline generation targets.
- Develop a high-performing team of Business Development Reps using a tailored growth strategy.
- Provide coaching and development support to BDRs through onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing mentorship.
- Maintain expertise in our technology stack to empower the BDR team with effective lead follow-up and outreach.
- Lead weekly 1:1 review meetings and daily team 'huddles' to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to enhance conversion rates and create robust pipelines.
- Nurture strong working relationships with Marketing, Regional Sales Directors, Sales Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams.
- Regularly engage with Sales Team meetings to maintain alignment with Field Sales teams.
