Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to support the coordination of payroll systems setup, ensuring seamless implementation and timely completion of tasks.

About The Position

Join our team as a dynamic Payroll Specialist who will help clients manage and optimize their retirement plans using AI-driven technology in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reference existing documentation on payroll systems to ensure accurate information.
  • Complete action items in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Enhance client speed to complete onboarding through successful project task completion.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence experience preferred.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Proactive in seeking understanding by asking questions.
Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week with flexible working hours.
