Payroll Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle payroll processing for all employees, including regular, project-based, and part-time staff.
  • Validate and consolidate attendance records, overtime, leaves, and other time-related inputs with coordination to HR Department.
  • Compute salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Prepare payslips and ensure timely release of payroll.
  • Manage statutory contributions and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax) and ensure timely remittance and filing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related government reports (BIR 2316, Alphalist, 1601-C).
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, loan balances, and other compensation-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR teams regarding employee movements, benefits, and final pay computation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in audits and ensure payroll compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll auditing.
  • Knowledge of Philippine payroll laws, tax regulations, and government remittances.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
