
Remote HR Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to assume a pivotal role in our organization. This position involves overseeing full-cycle recruitment, developing detailed job descriptions and offer letters, and maintaining compliant HR policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, optimizing ATS tools, drafting and maintaining employee handbooks, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring legal and administrative staff
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs, structured training cycles, and SOPs for employee roles and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing plans and strategic HR development, while assisting with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and employee satisfaction programs
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with U.S.-based clients or legal industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices, including creating HR policies and onboarding programs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as being proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed
