About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Email and Ads Campaign Specialist to join our team at Sagan, an innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch e-commerce and digital marketing solutions. Our team works closely with US clients to develop customized advertising and email marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI. Additionally, they will create and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, alongside supporting e-commerce strategies for Shopify stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advertising Campaign Management: Develop and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, planning and executing ad strategies aligned with business objectives and audience segmentation. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Email Marketing and Automation: Design and implement email campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging automation and personalization. Create engaging email content aligned with brand voice and objectives. Track and refine email campaign strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • E-Commerce Strategy: Manage and optimize Shopify stores, focusing on customer experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through targeted campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to enhance store performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance across platforms, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights. Present results to stakeholders and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals. Ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing, including automation and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.

Salary Range: Up to $1800 USD per month.
