We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Geoplan Philippines, Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves managing multiple projects across various digital channels, including marketing automation, website rebuilds, new product launches, lead generation, and content distribution.

The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can prioritize effectively with minimal supervision, is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and communicates well. We seek a creative, organized individual with a passion for technology, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Management: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and customer behaviors, and help identify target audiences.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content to attract the right audience.
  • Content Creation and Management: Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Ensure Web Content Accuracy: Perform regular web content updates and check content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Track Campaign Effectiveness: Use analytics tools to track relevant metrics, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
  • Email Marketing and Social Media: Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1 Year of Experience in Marketing and/or Advertising: Strong communication skills and experience in marketing and advertising are essential.
  • Social Media Marketing Skills: Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc., and knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress.
  • Analytics Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Fathom Analytics, Matomo, etc.
  • Copywriting, Editing, and Proofreading Skills: Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills are necessary.

Estimated Salary: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
