Job Description:

At Scale Virtually, we're seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Strategist to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our operations and marketing efforts, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Develop captivating captions, graphics, edit photos and videos, and design visuals.
  • Content Scheduling:
  • Utilize social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance.
  • Maintain a consistent and timely presence on social media.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering interactions, and building relationships with followers.
  • Monitor social media channels for any mentions of the brand or relevant topics.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to help optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop social media marketing strategies tailored to their goals and target audience.
  • Research trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Set up ad targeting, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Influencer Outreach:
  • Identify and reach out to relevant influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate on sponsored content or partnerships.
  • Help expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  • Content Curation:
  • Finding and sharing relevant third-party content that aligns with the brand's values and interests.
  • Provide value to the audience and establish the brand as a thought leader in its industry.
  • Stay Updated with Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide basic customer support through social media channels, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and directing customers to appropriate resources or departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience working with Shopify and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms and engagement strategies

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $1,200 - $1,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
